Step 3: Stick the pad to your underwear. Place the pad onto your underwear, with the sticky side attached to the gusset and the absorbent side facing up. Press the pad firmly into the underwear, and if it has wings, remove the peel strip and fold the wings under, pressing them onto your underwear.

Step 4: Almost good to go. Stand up and pull your underwear with the pad attached up, ensuring the middle of the pad is positioned correctly. Remember to wash your hands thoroughly before heading out.
